A few years before we opened our doors, our creator, a California teenager, Danyal, desired more options for eating sushi. As a student, it was tough to get a quick and affordable sushi meal serving fresh, quality ingredients.
High-end restaurants would break the bank. Corner sushi spots and pre-packaged grocery store sushi were either not fresh or had limited options. He wanted a place where he could choose his ingredients: a place that was good for himself and for the world.
It was then that Nushii started with a group of dreamers who want to serve:
